70’s Brown Wide Brin Velvet Hat 70's fashion Vintage one of a kind1970s wide brim hat. High sheen brown velvet body much like a panned velvet. Seamed deep crown with a top stitched flaring brim. Riding on the front is a twisted wired rust colored ornament. Interior is finished with a melon colored twill fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon. No label.
